Green Roofs as a Home Renovation Tax Credit in Canada?

If laying sod qualifies for the home renovation tax credit...would installation a green roof, living wall or permaculture garden?
If anyone out there knows, please let me know!

    Why not? Also, why wouldnt it be eligible for grants from the eco-incentives program...but it's not mainstream enough I guess
