Water treatment plant becomes a green roof driving range

The architects certainly made it multiuse. Take the roof of a water treatment facility, green it and provide leisure space in the form of a driving range. Oh yeah, give it some length so Tiger can drop by when he's in town...9 acres should do the trick!!!
