It's been a while...
Hi everyone,
The last couple of months have been incredibly busy, we were down in Atlanta for the Green Roofs for Healthy Cities (GRHC) conference and now, in addition to have a LEED accredited professional on staff, we have an accredited Green Roof Professional, (the new designation created by GRHC). Also, we have a winner for the giveaway (which we'll post in about a week), lots of news from the world o' living architecture, possibly ANOTHER contest on the horizon, and pics from some recently completed projects. Let's get to it...
I had to squeeze this in, it's so tangential, it's not even funny. But a few weeks ago, on a sleepy Sunday morning, I bumped into George Clinton, wearing flip-flops, wandering around downtown Toronto. Without saying a word, I went up to him and just shook his hand. He smiled and went on his way. One of the coolest moments of my life...
